It has a unique sweet, rich, and slightly briny flavour, making it highly prized in seafood cuisine. Its meat is tender yet firm, with a delicate texture that absorbs flavours well. The combination of natural sweetness and buttery richness sets it apart from other crustaceans.

We also offer High Pressure Processed (HPP) lobster.
This process separates the meat from the shell without heat, preserving its natural texture, flavour and quality while improving food safety and handling.
